American history textbooks can differ across the country, in ways that are shaded by partisan politics

On gender and sexuality, California textbooks include history that is not in Texas editions. California states that the federal government failed to recognize nonbinary gender identities and female leaders in its early relations with Native Americans.

And what the heck does that mean? No wonder kids are bored in school they are teaching total gibberish.

And what the heck does that mean?

It means that the leftist ideologues have triumphed completely in California. Reality does not matter, only ideology. Or as the Soviets used to say, "Not what is but what ought to be."

Where have you been? When I was a kid, we always played Cowboys and Nonbinary gender indentity Native Americans.

Six shooter worked just as well against them as it did against Indians...

Well, gee, you only had to look at Col. Custer’s long flowing blond locks to know she was really transgendered. . .

I don’t think the “Native Americans” recognized them either. People who were a little odd, if they weren’t killed outright, were marginalized or given special tasks, but were never considered one of the gang

...which calls into question Crazy Horse's "do". Maybe they were gay for each other.

Well, there you go. Sacajawea was a Xir. And Lewis should have stopped the expedition and sent her to a reeducation camp until she admitted it.

I’ve noticed that sexual deviants try to re-write the history of primitive cultures that left no written records to fit their agendas; what had been accepted as universal taboos in the past are now being re-written as “accepted anywhere you can’t prove otherwise”.

The agenda is brainwashing our children at a very young age and keeping it going through college. These are our leaders of tomorrow. We can see for ourselves the fruits of their labor

Here in northeastern NJ a lot of people are descended from NYC residents - and they aren’t interested in the Soviet lifestyle. The young ones may be liberal, but they at least want their cars (they are quite happy to pay rent to someone else to maintain property, as long as it is a safe complex); our HOV lanes were a flop because carpooling is inefficient and ineffective in today’s economy (the 9-5 workday is disappearing for many).

The way to overcome this is to give them a taste of how things used to be; appeal to their greed, and they’ll learn. They already know the deal on race/crime issues, so forcing them into worker hives with set-asides for racial diversity doesn’t work (the same problem makes urban mass transit a hard sell).

We shouldn’t assume they can’t be steered straight, just because a vocal few libs pose as the voice for that generation.

I was born here.
