A Wisconsin state court of appeals on Tuesday put on hold a ruling requiring the urgent removal of more than 200,000 names from the state’s voter rolls, the latest twist in a closely watched legal fight playing out in the battleground state ahead of the 2020 election.
The ruling comes after a lower court judge last month ordered the purging of roughly 234,000 people from voter rolls because they may have moved, and a day after the state's elections commission and several of its members were found in contempt of court for not complying with the removal order.
The latest development represented a win for Democrats in a state that may help decide the 2020 contest, and which President Trump won by fewer than 23,000 votes in 2016.
The lawsuit challenging the rolls was brought by the conservative Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty on behalf of several Wisconsin voters. The group claims the state elections commission should have immediately deactivated voters who didn’t respond within 30 days to a mailing sent in October, an indication that the person may have moved, say the litigants.

I wish all states would go to a system of two year registration cycles.
At the end of the two years new Registration Cards are mailed to the
voter. If returned they are put on a suspended list to be verified if they
still live at the address and still elgible vote at using that address
You have to renew your driver’s license, car registration, carry license (a right specified in the Constitution). You should have to renew your voter registration - to protect your vote!
I was hopeful too after the initial ruling but evil never rests.
All northbound buses on 94 should be safety checked at the Kenosha Weigh Station on election day.

In summary: the appeals court is blocking the state from implementing the LAW. It is state law to purge the voter rolls.

Add this judge to the ones responsible for paying the fines, and then up the fines to $250 per illegal registration per day.
These are duplicate names not voters
democrats who run such things would ignore it.
Imagine if ALL voter fraud could be eliminated somehow. Trump would have likely won 370 electors, and perhaps a majority of the popular vote. This is 200k+ in a SINGLE state...and not even one of the more populous ones.
This purging is also required by Federal law. It is no surprise that the democrats were able to shop up another corrupt and lawless judge to overrule the good judge. The entire legal system has become nothing but a joke about who has the power.
Vote fraud is why we are all screwed from now on. The republicans are toast because the democrats have manipulated the entire system to commit massive vote fraud in many multiple ways. The democrats need these fake voter registrations to run a big part of their vote fraud operation.
200K names?
A tiny call center could get through that list in a few days.
A simple postcard, with return receipt requested, notifying the “Voter”/Demon Rat Scab could be run in a week.
So easy to fix, if there was a will to do it.
Obviously, whichever party is in power wants the Zombie voters listed, otherwise it would be fixed.

Well it has been that way in Texas for a long time and
I assume its still that way today. You get a new card
every two years and it’s not supposed to be forwarded
by the mail service.

The solution is to wipe out DEMS in every election.
The aggressor sets the rules.
Use their tactics.
Find some Districts and invent voters.
Have folks vote ten times.
Don’t release counts until every other district gives FINAL numbers.
If you want to win, then win, don’t just play the game.

If it’s a state court, it will be overturned quite quickly as the WI Supreme Court is not Democrat.
WI is a 49 - 49 state that has only recently gone Republican. Dems make the rules for the most part - Milwaukee has been dem controlled for over 100 years
