I’ve seen info on the internet that definitely said Nancy’s pens were mis-spelled. But you can’t believe everything you read on the internet. Certainly the MSM doesn’t seem to provide confirmation of such an embarrassing mistake.

A Freeper told me that in fact it was the Clinton impeachment which featured mis-spelled pens. I don’t remember such souvenir pens from the Clinton event, but it could be true.
