Actually from immediately after the Soviet 1918 Soviet revolution in Russia. That is exactly what’s so preposterous about their “peace” and “anti-war” claims. We will usher in true peace when the entire globe is communist. Getting there, of course, requires lots of violent war.

It’s the same with Islam. Under Dar al-Islam (literally house/abode of Islam; or Dar as-Salam, house/abode of Peace; or Dar al-Tawhid, house/abode of monotheism) the world will be at peace — AFTER it accepts Islam.

The path to both ideas of “peace” is violent warfare and constant revolution. Both are child-like beliefs in Utopia.
