Philbin’s stuff may be kind of dry but he’s talking to a room full of lawyers. Proper process and procedure is a big deal to them!

Nadler, Schiff and Pelosi are on trial now.
The President’s defense team might be a little boring in demeanor, but their testimony must be able to withstand intense “fact checking,” something the Dems do not need to concern themselves about.
Serious question:
We know the RAT legislators basically are idiots. So, I’m wondering if the Senators are hearing anything from these attorneys that they’ve never heard before. Are they learning anything? Have they been paying as much attention to all of this as we have been? Is it possible that we’re more informed than they are?
Maybe some of them have had their heads in the sand all this time and ARE learning new stuff today.
Think they understand that allowing this impeachment process to take down a DULY ELECTED President is so unwise and downright dangerous that it CANNOT be allowed to succeed!

It’s not needed.....he’s very clear and precise in his presentation and facts. Unlike the “drama” of the Dems.
This guy is showing you don’t need ‘fluff’ when you have details as he’s explaining.
He’s not the most exciting speaker but his presentation is careful, clear, concise, and damning to the Dems.
Sorry he’s a lightweight in delivery but not content. It’s like good lyrics with bad music.

Over their 3 days, House Democrats cherry-picked evidence, cut testimony out of context, and even flat-out lied.
The President’s lawyers are now showing Americans what the Democrats wouldn’t.
These facts aren’t just inconvenient for Democrats—they are fatal to their case.

Philbin doing a good job explaining that a Pelosi press conference is not enough to invoke the power of the House to issue subpoenas. The House vote took place Oct 31. The Pelosi press conference was September 24th.
Also describes the exchange between Nadler and WH on the subject of POTUS being able to participate in the impeachment inquiry.
Pelosi announced on Dec 5 that she was ordering Nadler to draft articles, The conclusion was done. The outcome was determined? There was no plan for further fact witnesses. Why participate? This is not “due process.”
Good job so far. House manangers cherry picked their own evidence to mislead, and then used mind reading. The investigation process was a sham. There was no due process. Why would you have a process like that? (GREAT QUESTION!)
Shift gears to “the whistleblower” Woot! ICIG Atkinson said whistleblower had political bias. That transcript is still secret.

I think that the defense team is focusing today on what is most important. The Bidens are not. The topics on the Sunday shows will have the lies of the past three days clearly refuted.

Camera is way elevated and telephoot. He’s actually looking up and making eye contact with Senators.
No investigation by the House into potential bias or motivation of whistleblower...
