Is there any reason their clothes cannot be cleaned/dry cleaned to kill any germs?
Cleaning likely works, but if it doesn’t the problem will likely not only remain in the clothes, but be passed onto whatever clothes go through next.
On the KISS principle, burning the clothes makes tremendous sense.
I liked the idea of burning the plane as well.
