How can a prisoner to be allowed to not “face a judge”? What is she some sort of specially empowered elite or something? She got drunk and committed some dangerous to the public crimes. Put her in Jail for 5 years. She can sing for the prison and give lessons and on good behavior get out in 18 months!

Yes, and they are sad little tykes, not as sad a crack cocaine babies with twitching jittery nervousness (uncontrolled), but the development in the womb produces the outcomes your photo lays out, along with a child that could be (ob gyns jump in here) born exhibiting DTs from lack of Mom’s booze crossing the placenta into the child. Seems to me she has a similar, what is call in clinical diagnosis— “affect”. Wide set eyes, flattened nose structure and minimal philtrum if any with thin upper lip.
Wouldn’t that be something— someone come out with the fact that her worthless “entertainer” parents are a pair of typical Swedish socialist alcoholics (seen a great deal in the Baltic) who had a fetal alcohol baby and “put her to work for them in their world scam”.
