I saw that, too. She was majorly ticked. Also, what was with her waving her arm around over Pence’s head during the speech? Pence was leaning way over to get out of her way. She was looking over at somebody and gesturing wildly.

Ok got it. She dissolved the joint session then called just the house back into order. Then she split, left them to finish and took her torn speech with her.

that the address be entered into the record, and then adjourn the meeting.
