I never thought Napolitano would turn out to be such a Never Trump traitor. Back when Obama was pres, his commentaries seemed pretty solid.

Clearly you are a resentful POS. Hell, you are not even a judge anymore. Just go away shut up.

A citizen can not be “clearly guilty” when existing law states specifically that the action in question is permitted. IOW, you are not guilty of speeding if the law says that you can drive 55 and you do exactly that.

Yo! Nappy, Fox/Faux Judge!

Your brain seems to be suffering from severe damage from?: Drug/alcohol abuse, bad DNA, and maybe an AIDs infection. All of which severely limits one's ability to think properly.

Last but not least:

Judge Nap has become the
“Nancy Grace” of the TV legal analysts.
Slander becomes his middle name.

“He added to these comments on Fox & Friends Thursday morning, explaining how there’s no double jeopardy, meaning Democrats could try and “impeach him again if they want.”

Do the Democrats really really wanna go down that route?
Electorally, it’s gonna lead that to a place they don’t wanna go.

Give Nappy a cigar, in fact give him a box of cigars.

The man is brilliant, where could he have come up with that.

Maybe Romney?

Napolitano told friends in 2017 that President Donald Trump has told him he was considering Napolitano for a United States Supreme Court appointment should there be a second vacancy.[4] Ultimately, Judge Brett Kavanaugh was chosen instead.

Still butt hurt.

Napolitano has completely gone over to the dark side. I can't stand to hear him on the radio these days. I don't have a TV so I don't have to look at his image.

“Clearly guilty?” Clearly the judge is an idiot. I wonder what standard of evidence he’s been using in his court - if any. As far as I can see, the ‘rats have not brought one credible shred of evidence; the “crimes” they allege do not come anywhere near the bar of an impeachable offense; and the ‘rats have demonstrated enough corruption and aversion for the truth (on their part) to call into question anything and everything they say. I would suggest to the judge that if he is interested in criminal behavior he need look no further than Schiff-for-brains and Pelosi. Of course, with Clinton still walking around free it is apparent that ‘rats simply cannot be held accountable to the law so...
