Former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick will release a memoir sometime this year through a company he has founded called Kaepernick Publishing. Audible will release an audio version of the memoir.
"I want to tell the story of my evolution, and the events that led me to protest systemic oppression, in hopes that it will inspire others to rise in action," Kaepernick said in a statement Thursday.

"My desire to play football is still there," Kaepernick told USA Today on Tuesday. "I still train five days a week. I'm ready to go, I'm ready for a phone call, tryout, workout at any point in time. I'm still waiting on the owners and their partners to stop running from this situation. So I hope I get a call this offseason. I'll be looking forward To it.

Anyone willing to read what Kaepernick has written lacks the ability to read. I hope Kaepernick loses a ton of money on his anti-American and racist publishing business.

Sad. He can’t get a NFL contract. He can’t even get a real publisher to print what is no doubt a pack of anti-American lies and butt-hurt complaints that racism has kept him from playing.
Isn’t hard to publish a four-page pamphlet, I should imagine. Especially when the middle two pages are just a photo of his hair-do!

Totally and completely. He will be 92, still training and waiting for that call.
I can’t wait.
I’m sure he will get fawning media attention, when he goes on his book tour tour to plug his book.
And I’m sure the breathless anchors on the Today Show and other such programs, will tout how the pre orders for his book will have already made it a best seller.
He is and I really wonder if he does have mental issues. The only thing “black” about him is his hit and run dad who he never met. Other than that, everything about him is white. His bio mom, his adoptive family, yet he seems absolutely obsessed with passing as a black man. Growing a huge afro, wearing only black clothes, constantly giving the black power salute.
I think all this protesting he does, he does to make himself look more “black” to the black community. He reminds me of that kid in the movie “Breaking away” who is obsessed with Italians to the point where he makes pretend he is an Italian exchange student and speaks in an Italian accent. He does not give one single solitary spit ass damn about saving black lives. If he did he would protest gang violence which he has never done. Protesting cops is easier because he knows a lot of blacks don’t like the cops, so he ignores all the black lives saved by cops and instead focuses on the small fraction of rogue cops or cops who killed by accident in an attempt to rationalize hating cops, he even ignores the cops like Michael Slager who have been sentenced to long jail terms because that does not fit his agenda. He’s a complete fraud and nobody have the gonads to confront the mofo and expose him with facts.
