Hollywood was paying attention to Salman Rushdie’s ordeal.

I haven’t heard anything about him in a long time.

I wonder if he is still in hiding.

There is no statute of limitations on a Fatwa, so I suppose he is.

He had another book published after the ‘Satanic Verses’ but I don’t remember anything after that book.

Rushdie is out in the open. He even appeared on Larry David’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm” when Larry had a fatwa issued against him, poking fun at the situation.
