tabling is generally the same thing as killing ... though of course ANY bill can be re-introduced in a new session ...
They had to option to table it indefinitely, they didn’t do that. It was specifically carried over to the 2021 session with a letter to the VA Crime Commission for further study. This battle will have to be fought again next year.
