high trait conscientiousness

I’m not getting exactly what this is.
It’s one of the big five personality traits. They are: openness, conscientiousness, agreeableness, extraversion and neuroticism. Each trait had sub traits. I try to think of these traits when analyzing liberals. They are obviously mentally deranged so it should be useful to know how and perhaps why they are deranged.
