A federal judge on Monday ordered former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to give a deposition under oath over a years-old lawsuit filed by the conservative group Judicial Watch regarding her role in the response to the 2012 attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya.
U.S. District Court Royce Lamberth, a Reagan appointee, said in court filings that written answers provided by Clinton to questions from Judicial Watch were "incomplete, unhelpful, or cursory, at best."
"As extensive as the existing record is, it does not sufficiently explain Secretary Clintons state of mind when she decided it would be an acceptable practice to set up and use a private server to conduct State Department business," Lamberth wrote in his order. "Simply put, her responses left many more questions than answers."
"Even years after the FBI investigation, the slow trickle of new emails has yet to be explained," the judge added, referring to the rate at which emails from Clinton's private email server have since been released.
The order is the first requiring Clinton to testify under oath in person on the subject of the 2012 attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi and the Obama administration's response at the time, when Clinton was head of the State Department.

Oh oh.

the noose is tightening
WHAT? How’s she going to slither out from under this one, I wonder?
Hope the judge that ordered this has a good life insurance policy!

I predict her answers in the deposition will also be incomplete, unhelpful, or cursory, at best.”
*** WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE? ***
“I don’t recall. I cannot recollect. I have no memory of that.”
How unfortunate that the judge Royce Lamberth committed suicide next Thursday.
Get ready for “I do not recall”, times a thousand.
She’ll get out of it.
The Judge will receive an offer he can’t refuse.
Even if she took the 5th half the idiots in this country would still worship her.
She's old and sick and can't testify..
Her brain is JELL-O
Nearly 8 years later; shameful.
So, legislatures can pass laws which order people to do things for which there is no compelling state interest? Since when?
Can we just replace the Republican Party with Judicial Watch? That way we wouldn’t have to wait until the issue is no longer relevant before getting answers.
“What difference does it make?”
Im thinking shell blow it off altogether.
Judge Royce Lamberth did not kill himself.
Pffftttt! They’ll do the normal and ignore.
