Nope. War with each other was the central focus of both Hitler and Stalin. War against the other dictator was the primary reason Hitler and Stalin were even in power. Every conceivable scenario would have ended in war.
It only takes two generations to dilute and to pollute the gene pool.
I cannot even think of three not-for-profit executive I would consider casting a vote for. Gary Sinise and Frank Sillers are the only two.
