Hey, I’ve eaten at Chinese restaurants with Chinese friends, and the ones fresh from China order bizarre food. Here in the USA, that’s stuff like pigeon and chicken feet, fish heads, etc. In China it’s worse - they eat anything that was alive but we discard, like bats, mice, dog, snakes, etc. and I’m talking about discards like heads, guts and feet. Maybe it’s sanitary, maybe it’s not, but I’m not risking eating just anything because my Chinese friends suggest it. Calling it the Chinese Flu is fine.
