To all medical professionals around the world:
My name is Dr. Zev Zelenko and I practice medicine in Monroe, NY. For the last 16 years, I have cared for approximately 75% of the adult population of Kiryas Joel, which is a very close knit community of approximately 35,000 people in which the infection spread rapidly and unchecked prior to the imposition of social distancing.
As of today my team has tested approximately 200 people from this community for Covid-19, and 65% of the results have been positive. If extrapolated to the entire community, that means more than 20,000 people are infected at the present time. Of this group, I estimate that there are 1500 patients who are in the high-risk category (i.e. >60, immunocompromised, comorbidities, etc).
Given the urgency of the situation, I developed the following treatment protocol in the pre-hospital setting and have seen only positive results:
1. Any patient with shortness of breath regardless of age is treated.
2. Any patient in the high-risk category even with just mild symptoms is treated.
3. Young, healthy and low risk patients even with symptoms are not treated (unless their circumstances change and they fall into category 1 or 2).
My out-patient treatment regimen is as follows:
1. Hydroxychloroquine 200mg twice a day for 5 days
2. Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days
3. Zinc sulfate 220mg once a day for 5 days
The rationale for my treatment plan is as follows. I combined the data available from China and South Korea with the recent study published from France (sites available on request). We know that hydroxychloroquine helps Zinc enter the cell. We know that Zinc slows viral replication within the cell. Regarding the use of azithromycin, I postulate it prevents secondary bacterial infections. These three drugs are well known and usually well tolerated, hence the risk to the patient is low.
Since last Thursday, my team has treated approximately 350 patients in Kiryas Joel and another 150 patients in other areas of New York with the above regimen.
Of this group and the information provided to me by affiliated medical teams, we have had ZERO deaths, ZERO hospitalizations, and ZERO intubations. In addition, I have not heard of any negative side effects other than approximately 10% of patients with temporary nausea and diarrhea.
In sum, my urgent recommendation is to initiate treatment in the outpatient setting as soon as possible in accordance with the above. Based on my direct experience, it prevents acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), prevents the need for hospitalization and saves lives.

Thank you for posting this. I have already watched the full interview. This is the best information yet about treatment for this virus from a front-line doctor who is actually treating it successfully.
Spread it around through all your social media. There is no doubt in my mind it will save lives.
This all in the face of the overbearing plutocracy at CDC ( Fauci) and the FDA deep state, who are willing to sacrifice American lives in exchange for time for testing and promoting Big Pharm postponed treatments ( Remdesivir, Gilead Corp. etc).

Safe and effective - are these not the criteria for approval of a method of treatment?
The relative safety of hydroxychloroquine is already known, as it is approved in several other applications, and azithromycin is included so a backstop to prevent or control the invasion of bacterial pathogens in the presence of a weakened immune system.
There is a magic bullet for COVID-19 Wuhan virus. Denial of its deployment is malpractice, of law and to some degree, of medicine.
You know the DemocRats and their propaganda media are domestic enemies when they would rather see millions die, the economy go into the crapper, massive unemployment, and suicides from situational depression rather than say Trump was right and give him credit for being on this cure early.
You know damned well all the media elites, state governors and

Effective on 699 patients? Meaningless. Out of 700? Out of 10,000? It kinda matters.
It's promising, and no one advocates more strongly than me that it be tried absent any other remedy. But it is at this point a cause of hope. It is not, however, a reason to stop a balanced program of other public health measures. It's like playing in traffic knowing that the docs at the hospital will be able to fix you up. That's good, but try to get out of the street.

Let me infoprm you that what you say would esult in the death pof many Americans. The thing to do ius contact your personal physician and MAKE SURE this therapy is availble to you if needed. All the rest of what you say or imply is utter bullshit.

Mostly what you do. Call your doctor and make sure the Dr. Z therapy can be availkable if needed . If not change doctors unbtil you find one who will.
This is a successful treatment IN SPITE of the CDC and the FDA.
The Doctor in the interview states he has treated 450-500 patients. None have died. None have been intubated. 2-3 have gone to the hospital but should be OK. Double-blind, no. No time for that now. But this is anecdotal evidence with a vengeance.

I agree.
Most of the doctors in the Trenches of New York are using the
Plaquenil and Zinc supplements without the Z-max antibiotic, as a prophylaxis, a preventative.
But right now there is no way to track it.
There actually should be a test conducted with millions of New Yorkers running this preventative treatment.
Does anyone know:
What companies manufacture this drug? Are these American companies? Are the ingredients available from the USA or must they be gotten from abroad? What amount can be produced in what time span?

There can be no doubt that the top researchers of this country (and elsewhere) are working feverishly (no pun intended) on this and will release their findings as soon as it's responsible for them to do so.

This all depends on your definition of “safe and effective”.
The use of a time-tested medication no longer under patent is by no means safe for the profit margins and bonuses for big pharma and their executives, and it most certainly is not effective at generating boat-loads of cash that can then be spread around to Washington DC lobbyists and politicians.
Zero hospitalization s and zero deaths is a significant result on a population of 700. Hospitalizations run 10-12% and deaths are about a percent and a half. The issue is will those results hold during the course of the disease for these patients.
