The laws need to be clearer about giving the government x number of days to complete a background check otherwise it is approved by default. I’d say three days.
The constitution is completely clear about background checks, “Shall not infringe.” Background checks don’t stop criminals from getting weapons, they inconvenience law abiding citizens.
