Your auto mechanic informs you that your car engine is 3-4 quarts low on oil.
He refuses to give you that $3 quart of oil, because you haven't blown the rings out of a cylinder or two.

Being retired as an auto mechanic, I would say if I had bad rings from my engine being 3-4 qts. low on oil....that would be the least of my problems. At that point, the only thing the oil would be of any use for would be in a new engine. If that is Gov. Brown’s thinking, she is way off the mark & is a danger in her position as governor.
