Well, wearing a mask or especially a scarf would make paddleboarding seem more like water boarding ... though I suppose that if you're caught in an undertow and are being dragged out to sea you could be "allowed" to remove the mask to cry for help (although the "experts" would strenuously oppose such an exemption as, without the exemption, people might opt to not go the ocean and remain under house arrest in their homes).

But in Florida, sanity seems to have prevailed. Kudos to the governor!

I live in Jacksonville, a lot of people were on the beach, but it was far from packed, chairs and beach towels are still not allowed...if you saw people standing together it was a family...otherwise it was people basically following the rules....the weather was great yesterday it would have been wall to wall people in normal conditions...

Well, I guess we will soon see just how deadly this virus is. Huntington Beach, Florida beaches, Michigan, Wisconsin—should tell us quite a bit in about two weeks time.
