Good analysis regarding the likely timing of the switch (i.e. waiting till right after the convention). I think that was probably their original plan. But if this Tara Reid scandal gets out of control before then, they may not have the option of waiting till August. If that happens, things should get very interesting.

Have Trump call for examination of UD the records, which turn up nothing. Biden says it is the same as Obama’s birth certificate or something like that.
The idea is to discredit Trump because he has more trust right now than Biden.
I would not be surprised if they are cleaning up the records, and/or illegally removing or changing records.
It is too late to do this now but I had hoped someone at the Bursar’s office at Occidental college would have looked at Obama’s academic records and anonymously slipped a copy of them to a friendly news outlet.
You know if Obama had been a Republican that would have happened.
People here yammer about the birth certificate but the academic records, if they showed he claimed to be an international student from Asia would have made that issue moot.
I do not think Obama claimed to be a US citizen. I think he was admitted as an international student.
This would have been an easier argument to make that a technical “Natural Born Citizen” argument that looks like splitting hairs to a lot of Karens and Soy-Boys

This is probably true and if so it shows what a colossal dunce Joey Fingers is. This dim wit had a prefect opportunity to go on the offensive and say “Yeah, let’s do it,” knowing there was nothing there and all the incriminating stuff had been removed ah la Sandy Berger.
As far as Gavin Newsome goes, he is a pretty young man. I would bet he is biding his time for an opportunity in the future. He will (unfortunately) likely have quite a few opportunities. I doubt he would want to potentially blow his one chance by running against a strong incumbent.

She hates America, Americans and our Republic. She is a snarly, nasty woman from personal reports (like a mean, selfish, inconsiderate boss-—as many of us have had.) But the ridiculous coffee table books, favorite quotations from her, advice to young people, big books about and countless magazine stories and TV interviews -—all make her a feminist hero.
On FR we have to be careful of living in our own bubble. I was not surprised we lost the US House to Pelosi,AOC,Nadler and Schiff control. Those who said “Hey, those polls are trash. Who could be stupid enough to vote for a Dem House?” were sadly wrong.
We can’t stand Michelle O, Hillary,Oprah or Cuomo but millions of idiots adore them and only watch coverage that agrees with their side. To them, Biden’s sex scandal began 1-2 days ago !! They weren’t allowed to hear about it on CNN.
Yeah, I think the DNC was surprised about just how inept Biden was in that interview. The files have all been shredded by his campaign already, so just issue a blanket denial. Instead, he bobbled, making it 100x worse.
They’re going to push the media to focus on Coronavirus, but that’s going against them as well. People want to go back, and the idiots screaming, “but you’ll DIE” just seem reactionary.
They need something to pivot to so they can cover for Biden until the convention, and they dont have it as yet, and they cant get another school shooting either.

I know that I used to go through my work files every few months to get rid of superfluous notes and memos that did not need to be found if I wasn’t at work all of a sudden. And my files were not corrupt.
Let's keep in mind, none of this was supposed to see the light of day .........b/c Hillary was a "shoo-in."
All Democrat crimes and corruption would be swept under the Oval Office rug......and they'd all live happily ever after.
