Probably not since quercetin + chelated zinc is even cheaper that the hydroxychloroquine + zinc and quercetin is widely available (Amazon - about 16 bucks).
The ionophoric action of the quercetin on the zinc is well known as is the ionophoric action of the hydroxychloroquine on zinc.
The effect of the zinc on covid is the core of the hydroxychloroquine + zinc treatment.
The azithromycin is for secondary bacterial infections because typically there is pneumonia involved if the treatment is not started right away.
