My question is this -— is this observation IN VITRO ( in a lab environment), or was it observed on ACTUAL PATIENTS?
What works in-vitro often disappoints when used on humans.

The efficacy of HCQ against coronaviruses was only demonstrated in cells grown in flasks. It was not demonstrated in human patients. There is a big gap between being able to show something in cells versus showing it in intact organisms.
It appears there is no mountain of evidence which would turn your mind from your desire for the President to be wrong. Even hundreds of Dr Zelenko’s patientlits is deniable with folks like you.
