In a sign of Colorado’s increasingly Democratic lean, a poll released Tuesday showed former Gov. John Hickenlooper with a commanding lead over Republican Sen. Cory Gardner in the U.S. Senate race, while former Vice President Joe Biden overwhelmingly leads President Donald Trump as well.

If I got a new pole I would have to find somebody to dance on it.

I figure the House is lost to the DEMs. Sounds like the Senate may be heading that way.

“The poll, released by Montana State University on Tuesday, has Hickenlooper leading Gardner by 17 points, 48% to 31%.@

There is absolutely no way that Hickenlooper can beat Sen. Gardner and it is impossible for him to have a 17 point lead.

Hickenlooper, even in this poll can’t break 50%.

Gardner trying to do Democrat-lite doomed him.
Just like every other GOP-e who has tried it.

Forget the polls!

We must fight to get out the vote!

There is little enthusiasm among the Dems, so it important encourage folks to stay informed and stay involved in this trying environment. Get active in the GOP and find out who your District Captain is, or who your Precinct person is.

Well as of today the Senate is 53 - 47 in favor of the Republicans.

I hope it’s a given that Doug Jones in Alabama will be defeated by the Republican which would get us to 54 to 46.

Then with that assumption, Democrats would have to pick up 5 Senate seats to take control.

McSally, Gardner, SUSAN Collins, Thom Tillis may all be in trouble.

It will be tight as we watch Senate races on election night.

weird poll ... hickenlooper isn’t the Dem nominee for Senate, in fact no one is as the Dems haven’t even had their Senate primary election, AND hickenlooper barely even made the ticket as the “progressive” (komie) candidate, Andrew Romanoff, took 86% of the state assembly vote, so Hickenlooper might not even win the primary election:

“The vote at the Colorado Democratic Party assembly, held online without the traditional fanfare of a political convention, essentially cemented the ballot. The final certification comes May 7. Romanoff overwhelmingly won the support of the party activists who served as delegates, taking 86% of the vote, according to the official tally.”

Well gee whiz, I guess if some stupid poll of carefully selected morons shows Pres. Trump trailing, we’d better all just THROW UP OUR HANDS AND GIVE UP! A poll said Democrats are “dominating” in a left-leaning state! OH NOES! We’re all DOOOOOOMED!

WHY do people follow “polls” at all? A pile of vomit has more credibility. Oh yeah, and “every poll said” Hillary Clinton was a 98% probability to win in 2016. Sheesh.

Corey makes the classic repub mistake of being too centrist, thinking he can steal a few progressives and democrats into voting for him.

But if you are a progressive, why vote for a squishy republican who was weak during the impeachment, etc... when you can vote for the real deal in a democrat?

I wish these guys would see their best chance was to just be an actual conservative. The middle of the road dance doesn’t inspire hard conservatives, and it doesnt attract those who lean democrat to your campaign.

Biden has an 18 point lead? Really? Come on. I bet he doesn’t have that big of a lead in Boulder much less the whole state.
