Silly question - but exactly what is the purpose of protesting in DC? Nearly ALL of the economy-destroying shutdowns are from the state level (and some at the local/county level). How is protesting in DC going to fix that? They want $trillions in bailout funding.

I halfway can’t blame them. They are being artificially kept from working so it stands to reason those doing that to them should pay.
Ultimately of course the taxpayers pay.
Then again we mostly voted those “leaders” in.
