France: Vandals cut down monumental and iconic iron cross, “symbol of the entire Languedoc region” MAY 16, 2020 2:00 PM BY ROBERT SPENCER

This attack could have perpetrated by militant atheists, angry ex-Catholics, any number of people. But such people have been in France for years, and there have not been incidents of this kind. However, France has seen a large influx of Muslim migrants in recent years, many of whom believe that it is an insult to Allah to say that Jesus is the Son of God (cf. Qur’an 19:35), and that Jesus died on the cross (which the Qur’an also denies at 4:157). Could it be possible that Muslim migrants are behind this? Or would that be “Islamophobic” even to consider?

“Vandals Cut Down Monumental Iron Cross in France,” by Thomas D. Williams, Breitbart, May 14, 2020:

Vandals have cut down the iconic iron cross surmounting the summit of Pic Saint-Loup in southern France, hewing through the vertical beam one meter above the base.

The 30-foot high iron cross, erected in 1911 to replace a previous wooden cross, is an important symbol of the Hérault department and the entire Languedoc region, and could be seen from miles around. It was discovered toppled on Monday and the vandals are still at large.

“It is an emblematic place for the inhabitants of Hérault and the whole Montpellier basin because it is visible from everywhere,” said Father Michel Plagniol, rector of the Saint-Pierre cathedral in Montpellier. “We can see it from the coastal plain of Montpellier. Many people go there for a walk and climb the peak.”

Pic Saint-Loup extends over six kilometres and spans the municipalities of Cazevieille, Mas-de-Londres, Saint-Jean-de-Cuculles, Valfaunès and Saint-Mathieu-de-Tréviers.

The 2,000 lb (900 kg) iron cross stood atop the Saint-Loup peak, 628 meters above sea level. The vandals who cut the cross down also covered its base in graffiti….

French churches and other Christian monuments have come increasingly under attack, with an average of nearly three churches per day targeted for vandalism over the past three years.

This is not the first time that an act of this type has been perpetrated, as the monumental cross was also vandalized in 1989. Local police are investigating the matter while elected officials and the local population reportedly agree that the cross should be rebuilt according to the original design.

A trail that passes near the cross, used by hikers and pilgrims alike, has been closed until further notice.

While Europe has experienced a growing number of acts of vandalism and profanation of Christian sites, the greatest number of such acts have occurred in France, where churches, schools, cemeteries, and monuments “are being vandalized, desecrated, and burned at an average rate of three per day,” according to reports drawing from government statistics.

Blaming this on the Vandals is racist. Muslims.

Find the perpetrators. Kill them. Deport all the rest. Immediately.

Is that too harsh?

Somewhere there’s a JDAM that needs a target.

Partner, General Black Jack Pershing during the Mooslimb uprising in the Philippines got 50 Mooselimb prisoners and he put bandanas on 49 of them and left one without so he was going to be the witness and go back to the other Mooselimbs after the execution of these Mooselimbs. The soldiers first killed a hog and then soaked the bullets in the blood of the hog.

The American soldiers then shot and killed every single Mooselimb and they let go of one of the Mooselimb so that he could tell the other Mooselimbs how the Mooselimbs were executed.

They did not have any more trouble with the Mooselimbs after the one that was not executed since he told the other Mooselimbs what had happened.

In fact I think it was within the past 5 years that we heard the Mooselimbs were starting to get restless.

We really need to start doing this against these criminal Mooselimbs.

This happened at the turn of the 1900's.

Word origin in Germany does not exclude present muzzies as the vandals.

Just full circle since muzzies are now in the region.

No, it’s not too harsh. Kill or deport all the dangerous rapine thugs.

But the French are disarmed and helpless; there is no right of self defense in France, and gun possession is a highly restricted privilege, not a right. And the Macron regime sides with Muslim invaders; kill a Muslim and it’s a national shame, not reason for rejoicing.

It’s not that bad in America...yet. The Covid crisis has unmasked those who would disarm us all if they could, but they are not yet able. Bullies with badges must pick their victims carefully. This time, Katrina-style door smashing will mean shots fired.

Even enforcing the hateful Red Flag laws carries an unacceptable risk for those who wish to return safely home at night.

Sales of guns and ammo are skyrocketing. This is good.

“symbol of the entire Languedoc region”

That's a little overstated but it was a nice monument.

The Pic Saint-Loup wines are very nice - some of my faves in Languedoc-Roussillon.

Yes. If you are writing a story about this, detailing what the graffiti says might be insightful. If the writer doesn’t know, it is probably because the authorities didn’t say. If it had been a swastika, for instance, we would have been told about it. The silence speaks volumes.
