Actually, it's getting worse, because the likelihood that anyone will ever be held accountable for the massive abuse of power by Obama and his minions is very, very slim. It's getting slimmer by the day as our latest hope, Durham, drags his feet on his "investigation."

I've been saying since AG Barr appointed him to start an inquiry that he is the right man for the job. He has since turned it into a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION. The dragging of feet means he is trying to dot every i and cross every t before recommending charges against some of the highest in the Deep State. I still believe this, as naive as I may appear.

If I'm wrong, you can tell me, "I told you so". That would make you feel righteous for a moment, but it will be the end of our Constitutional Republic. Then, all gloves are off. There won't be a "report" because he is not an Inspector General. He is a prosecutor and will file charges or not. That's his job in a criminal investigation. If I'm wrong, I will volunteer to be cannon fodder (70 years old) once the SHTF.

Durham has a very well established reputation for being meticulous and thorough. My preference is that he take his sweet ass time and get it 💯% right. The defendants won’t be fleeing the country any time soon. Too many people are watching them. Defense counsel will be jumping on every opportunity for mistrials. They will be very vocal about anything the slightest bit prejudicial. Durham needs to keep his head down and his mouth shut. If you want a showboater, you’re out of luck. AG Barr was exactly right when he said they would get only one shot at this. President Trump has been signaling the status of the criminal cases left and right. He could not be angrier or more clear. It’s too late to worry about comments from the President being prejudicial. They probably are arguably so, but what’s done is done. We don’t know whether there have been indictments issued or not. Durham is going to do this on his timetable, not yours. He may have a bit more insight into the facts.

While it may seem that Durham is “dragging his feet”, what may actually be happening is that the attempted coup is much broader and deeper than they could have anticipated. As he is uncovering more and more, they have to keep following the leads before wrapping up. With that being said, if Trump is not reelected, this all goes away and will be played in the media as a “vast right wing conspiracy”. They will have succeeded and will NEVER give up power again. This next election is the MOST important election in our history.

If no one is ever prosecuted properly, the best we can hope for is that the news getting out causes the voters to re-elect Trump and elect the GOP for both houses, with a good margin. Then we would see some action by the President and Congress, not necessarily to jail them, but to legally dismantle their machine. God will take care of the rest.
