New data released by the Ohio Department of Health says at least 1,247 patients of nursing homes and other long-term care facilities have died with coronavirus, representing about 70% of known COVID-19 deaths in the state.
Overall, the state reported Wednesday a total of 1,781 Ohioans are known to have died with coronavirus. Of these, 53% were at least 80 years old and another 25% in their 70s.

Dying with and dying of are two very different things. If I have a heart attack tonight and they find cancer cells in my body on autopsy I did not die of cancer.
That is how they are counting the numbers. Yes an unusual number of people in nursing homes died but I’m sure quite a few of those died while incidentally having the coronavirus.
Big difference than dying from it
Nursing home residents make up under 1% of our population...
I wonder what the ratio is of people who actually died of coronavirus to the number of people who lost their jobs due to the shutdowns.

It’s possible that the percentage of deaths from the nursing homes is even higher.
I don’t know if it’s true for Ohio, but it’s already been outed that NYC/NY did not list any covids coming *from* nursing homes to the hospital and then died as “nursing home deaths”. Just standard issue covid hospital deaths.
Ohio’s CONFIRMED deaths are in the 1500 range. That 1700 number is Acton’s speculation and her excuse for continued closures of some venues plus “distancing”.

Now, that a Judge has ruled that Ohio may only quarantine sick people and people who are infected.. this seems to be a clear case of infringing rights under the color of law.

Try this pattern on for size. The average nursing home patient is a literal pin cushion for vaccines; on average they receive 14 vaccines within the first two years of placement, this along with their daily pharmaceutical dosing. This combination, along with their age related comorbidities, leaves them in a crippled immunological state.
But account for 70% of all chi-com virus deaths.
Very disproportionate.
Almost as bad as black on white violent crime vs white on black crime.

Data like this PROVE why holding the entire economy hostage was always wrong. The state governments did not do their jobs, which would have been focusing intently on where most deaths were occurring not quarantining the whole population. And quarantining the whole population did next to nothing to quell where the outbreaks occurred the most.
it has prevented ZERO deaths and for what...
and in preventing ZERO deaths, it has destroyed the best economy in this country that most of us have ever seen......
