Thugs is not a way to describe these people, it’s too nice.
Thugs often have enough of a brain to think, these dawgs are animals.
If George Floyd would have lived he would have told them they deserved those cars.
And the thousands in ATM cash for expenses. And high priced women’s jewelry and fashions. It just feels right./s
They are worse than animals.
Animals don’t destroy for the fun of it.
Crimes of opportunity.
Gotta give them credit- much smarter than stealing sneakers from Foot lockar or slim jims from the quickmart.
And we ALL pay for it in higher product prices. The stores and dealers have deductibles, lost business, and higher insurance premiums to pay which all get passed on to every single buyer.
But around half of the electorate votes Dem and thus condones this. Dems praise the "expression" of the "protests".
News media solemnly describes them as still pained emotionally by the Floyd death and now starting out peacefully a little while before they throw objects at police and store owners, break windows, loot, and spread gasoline to set buildings on fire. Poor babies./s
A crime of opportunity but with some seriously good planning. How do you arrange for 74 drivers to show up at the dealership at the same time?
Property damage could be in the billions nationwide.
I heard some idiot say that its only property damage, and that insurance will.cover everything.
Even if insurance pays off for everything for these business owners, which it likely does not, does that justify intentional wanton destruction??????
inside job (organized crime)
those cars are gone (overseas)
I’ve seen a few posts from yentas and Karens saying that condemning looting is not the right approach and that I should be more “understanding” about what’s causing the anger.
OK, Karen, what the BLEEP am I supposed to understand about stuff like this? Maybe the truth is you don’t know what the flip you’re talking about and that you’re excusing criminal behavior because you think it’ll get you some woke brownie points.
We should charge the Dems and media people for all this.
Like blacks demanding reparations.
The Dems and news media caused and condoned all this mayhem and financial loss. And so far the laws are not being upheld by authorities and police.
Mayors and governors should be held accountable.
People pay for insurance but also for taxes to support law enforcement—not to have officers told to stand in the distance watching the cities burn.
Broken windows, missing engines and chopped. That should have been the looters.
If the police can’t protect the citizens, the citizens should protect themselves.
More damage done by this than by the virus.
The economic ignorance of people who say “insurance will cover it” is just astounding. Just like ignorant people saying “we stick it to the big companies - they can afford it.” They simply cannot connect these losses to higher operating costs and higher consumer prices that we all pay for. Blithering idiots.
There was an Audi dealership in LA that was really busy emptying their lot as the protesters were gathering around. They must have sent all their employees and their families in there to evacuate the lot before dark.
Protesters?
Right
“more understanding about whats causing the anger.”
After spending $25 trillion since the 60s to appease these monsters things have only gotten far worse. What about the anger of us who have paid out $25 trillion to see results like these?
I was thinking about this yesterday and wondering if/when this would happen. I don’t know WHY car dealerships thought for one second this would not happen to them. I don’t know why they didn’t have the keys in a SAFE or away from the property and ARMED guards protecting the property.
...or have those officers kneeling before their new masters “in solidarity.”
