Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) announced that Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison is increasing Derek Chavin to second degree murder and is charging the other three officers involved in the case.

Klobuchar is trying to persuade Biden to pick her as his running mate.
White cop in state with AG Ellison. He will not be getting a fair trial, and it will not be a case of preponderance of evidence. It will be a guaranteed verdict. You can bet your prayer rug on it.
How can a U.S. Senator get involved in a state prosecution?
It is just a new form of lynch mob. Been around for a long time.

Then she can explain why she didn’t prosecute this cop when she had a chance some years ago.
So Kloubouchar, who let the first guy go a bunch of times, get to make the big announcement.

Just skip the trial and lynch him now. This is apparently how it’s done in America these days. obumber was right, I hardly recognize America anymore, or FR for that matter.
As a counterpoint to that, if any of us ‘civilians’ did what these officers did, we would be in jail and facing charges the same day, with the authorities saying that they would “let the jury sort it out.” I don’t see why anyone, cop or not, should be treated any differently.
There is no way these guys are going to get a fair trial.

The Defense is free to make that argument at trial.
It is worse than a mess. But they gave them the ammunition to be used against them. Like the Three Musketeers in Georgia.
It is too soon to conclude that Keith Ellison is taking his cues from Senator Klobuchar. There are other explanations.
He could have been given instructions by the Antifa leadership.
Or he may have been told to upgrade the charges directly by Rev. Crump.

Did anyone hear the press conference today with George’s lawyer and family? Their lawyer demanded all the cops involved be arrested before the funeral tomorrow. He kept chanting America is watching. Then he read off a list of other dead black guys so we could all take a breath for them too.
Maybe if they riot some more they can get her to change it to first degree!

that was so evident this morning at the hearing. “If I throw in a couple a lies about Trump (tear gas), maybe Biden’ll pick me”. She made me sick to my stomach. She was foaming at the mouth.
This should have been expedited and settled in a day!
