No, the National Guard has NOT been withdrawn-— this is “news” from the DOD bureaucracy that wants it to be so.
Only if the “organizers” have all been arrested... which is entirely possible in a rather short time. Thus editing out only the looting criminal element who clearly are not “protesting”

I haven’t heard a whole lot of the ‘demonstrations’ in DC last night, then again I watch very little ‘live’ TV.
It would be something if a street sign and a few thousand gallons of paint may have put the lid back on it.
I had heard a report yesterday evening that BLM types had been putting up tents (the open ones) and handing out water and snacks?
Haven’t heard if they cleaned up after themselves..
Then again, the LIBs figure leaving a lot of trash gives the ‘little people’ an opportunity to make money.
(I went into a gas station and threw a cup and something in the trash bin and a guy cleaning the parking lot came up to me and profusely thanked me for ‘helping’ him.
I went on to tell him that if EVERYONE were as ‘thoughtful’ as me and put their garbage where it belongs, HE WOULD BE OUT OF A JOB.)

What shifted out in the open is that rioting declined dramatically in the last 48 hours. It has nothing to do with police or military deterrence, either. It stopped because the organizers recognized the terrible optics of having white anarchist misfits burning down black neighborhoods.

Yes, President Trump had the Florida National Guard sworn in as temporary U.S. Marshals. (Arresting authority) Behind the scenes, the ATF, DEA, DHS, FBI, etc. were used to round up the ANTIFA and other “agitators” before they could get to the demonstrations. Also the mysterious bricks and other projectiles were rounded up. ANTIFA vehicles had all sorts of weapons in them. Providing easy evidence of terrorism. This was done over most of the country quietly. Notice how quiet the protests have become. Slight of hand: look at the military in this hand while I clean things up with the other hand.

According to Mr Kitty, there have been arrests of some of the major Antifa leaders. I’m summing that a getting these people off the streets will led to a decrease in rioting.
