I'm going to take the Contrarian View here, aside from Roberts anti-constitutionalism, this decision steals a hot-button issue away from the Democrats, as had Roberts voted correctly, we could be sending these kids back to places most of them have never even seen (ie, with the exception of Mexican border types, they've never left the US bc they know they wouldn't be re-admitted).

It's much less of an issue with white women if DACA is just a 'thing' but the kids aren't being deported. Them optix would be bad bad bad, even if Trump post-poned the flights until after the election.

Far better now to revisit this after we get another Constitutionalist on SCOTUS to outweigh Roberts.

There is a conservative judge in IN (originally from LA) who had been considered. She could not have been any worse than Kavanaugh and Gorsuch, whom a few conservatives recognized as future leftists.

I agree with the conservatives on the court...but all Trump had to do was give a reason to a cloud the risk of this happening. Trump had the right to end the law...all he had to do was make up a reason- any reason.
