I have a jack-ass neighbor who has mental issues. He has cameras everywhere on his property. He’ll call the cops on other people in the neighborhood and claim they did this or that, and when the officers ask about video footage, he always claims the camera system didn’t work that time.

I suspect this will turn out to be one of the fake hate crimes that the left is so fond of staging lately. Someone would have to be an idiot to leave a noose in an area that is surely monitored 24/7. This doesn't smell right, it's likely another Jussie Smollett type stunt.
