Time for lunch and a little time on the deck watching the two duck families...both mommas very crabby!
Watching the weather lady now...LOTS of rain in the interior, and even flooding. Hopefully the fires received a lot of it. But here...nothing yet at my house, and only possibilities tomorrow.
That looks like a good read. Thanks for the link.
Hurrah for more rain, and this time without hail.
We are still waiting.
He LOVED the Coast Guard!
Thanks, unique.
radu.....#50!!
Good morning, E...((HUGS))...looks like a good time yesterday for Gizmo.
Hope you guys can have a terrific time today.
I went out a little earlier to look at the beans and wished I’d gone out right after the rain to measure a couple. I swear they’ve jumped noticeably already.
Your poor plants did take a hit by the hail. Thank goodness the hail wasn’t baseball sized like what dropped from the storms last month!
Yes, he was.
Nice that you were able to relax with lunch on the deck for a bit this afternoon AND be entertained by the crabby duck mommas. LOL The one should have stayed with the food you tossed for her and her babies rather than try to steal the others’ food. Stinker!
I could see there was a lot of rain there but didn’t realize it was enough to cause some flooding. I’m with you in hoping a lot of it hit the areas that are burning.
The radar’s showing rain over Anchorage and I can see it on the cam between the mountains and the airport. I hope some of the showers are at your house.
He tried to get me to post at the Canteen but I was so new to the online world, I was afraid to. So he sicced you on me and you convinced me to hop in. LOL!
He sure did love the Coast Guard, didn’t he?
Man, I didn’t realize he’d been gone so long. It doesn’t seem like it. Very cool that his screen name is on his tombstone.
I love that little WOOHOO kitty. Thanks.
I fell into it tonight and didn’t even realize it. LOL
I hope you get some soon. I know you’ve already had wildfires.
