How many of these judges are Gorsuchies? Not that we find out that Google has been funding Heritage Foundation, what/who is left to trust?

Goursuch is fine. You are not going to get 100% of all judgments going in your favor. Perhaps you'd much rather have had Hilary Clinton and more RBG clones yes?

Almost. In the Yuma roundtable around noon Trump said there was 220 miles of wall system.

How much of this is new wall? Seems like that number is something much less but not sure.

... in which case it is an increase of 4 miles over last week (not bad).

All of it is new wall. There is about 220 miles of existing wall pre-Trump that is considered sufficient to be part of Trump’s 1100 miles of border wall. Maybe they augment with the wall system extra’s.

The Rio grande valley and Laredo is virgin new wall. The stuff west of El Paso to San Diego replaced crap fencing that was torn down.

What are you Smoking Joe? I can understand the occasional bad decision on an obscure case or one with limited impact.

This one decision, however, is so far reaching. It is basically the end to the first amendment protections of religion.

Yes people will be able to practice their religion but only if it supports homosexuality, abortion, transgenderism, etc.

It won't affect you if you are an atheist, agnostic, or member of one of the progressive churches, but it will impact most religious folks who frequent FR.

In this case, there will be Hell to pay for Gorsuch's decision.

Even if he had voted correctly, we still would have lost.

Lets get Trump another 4 years, and another 1 or even two SC judges and we will be solid and probably return to undo the decision

It seems that pretty much all of the judges appointed at the highest levels come from Harvard, Yale, etc. Those colleges are hotbeds of liberal nonsense.

Even if a conservative kept his chin down and nose to the books and was able to sneak through without detection, I find it hard that someone at that young age could survive that with their legal scruples still completely in tact.

Still there is the case of Clarence Thomas who was a wildly leftist Black Power radical who ended up working at the EEOC, one of conservatives' least favorite bureaucracies, and he turned out to be a true patriot.

It was the decision, and the complete lack of logical thinking, that scared me.

Saying it is hard to determine who to trust does emphatically not suggest that one should instead of hoping for the best, knowing that likely some of it will be rotten, and deliberately choosing the worst. Your snark is misapplied.

I am saying that Goursuch has ruled for the constitution and for conservatives in almost all his rulings. I do not expect a conservative win from him 100% of the time. Not in these current times.
Not everyone is going to be Thomas or Scalia.

1. Even if Goursuch had voted for, we'd still hsve lost. It was a 6-3 decision no?
And two the ruling does not say all that you claim it's saying. If I recall correctly, it had nothing to do with abortion.
