So let me get this straight. DOJ dropped charges; agreed to dismiss case May 12. Today is June 24. The judicial enemies of General Flynn put him through 43 days of hell without any legally based reasons.

The opinion is quite damning to what the Obama Administration tried to do.
Obama admin? Flynn was prosecuted during the Trump admin.
I think he would also have to request a stay of the order to dismiss. This could still get more complicated. If Sullivan follows the order then further litigation would seem to be moot. Would a higher court order the REVERSAL of a dismissal requested by the prosecution? Seems unlikely.
