According to a report on Fox News, Judge Emmet Sullivan has canceled the scheduled July 16 hearing for General Flynn. According to the Fox reporter, this is the first step in dismissing the case.

Some, including Rush, stated that they expected Judge Sullivan to not dismiss the case and possibly appeal today's ruling to a hearing in front of the entire DC Court of Appeals. Based on hearing the report that he has officially removed the case from the docket, I believe he may actually "quietly" sign the order.
