An entire academic department at Pennsylvania State University is advocating for courses on “structural racism” to be added to the required course load.

The Penn State African American Studies Department published an open letter to university President Eric Barron titled, “How We Can Make Black Lives at Penn State Matter.” They alleged that Penn State is an unwelcoming environment for non-white students.

Coursework on the subjects of oppression and racism is supposedly necessary in order to “educate our students and community about the history of structural racism, racial violence, and the meaning of transformative justice.” The transformative justice movement is one that views prisons, police, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement as violent institutions that must be abolished.

Structural racism as opposed to Structural Dynamics?

Let’s require the latter. See how many pass.

‘structural racism’ courses, eh. Like what, a split level racism or your basic ranch racism? How about one of those classic two-story colonial racisms.

Seems to me they’re going a GREAT job brainwashing people to believe is structural racism even without a class dedicate to it.

Whites, according to the predominant ideology, are evil demons.

Therefor, any action against them is justifiable.

I really hope that people realize the danger of that, because it is at fire tires level.

I propose Transcisgender Racial Normative Theory 202 for the following year but, having said that, I can't wait (actually I can) to see what is offered for the 300 level courses!

Anyone care to bet these new courses would come under the Penn State African American Studies Department and have a color requirement for leading the course?

A course on “structural racism” required only of White students? That is a lesson in and of itself.

You have to really see how a degree in African American Studies at PSU prepares Negroes for the workforce. Here's a description of the major and required courses. There is no doubt that this, along with other "studies" majors, is one of the reasons the cost of education is through the roof. The cost of extra facilities, faculty, and other resources are born by tuition paying white students. I guarantee you that anyone taking African American studies is not paying out of pocket for school, and if they pay anything it certainly doesn't come close to their overhead - just like everything else associated with Negroes.
