The housing projects were built with substandard concrete - they used cardboard as filler in order to look good from a distance - today they are crumbling dangerous wreaks but they still look good from a distance!
I’ve seen video of the ‘mythical’ cities. It just makes me wonder...in twenty years...will the government have to come in and tear down all these neighborhoods because of safety issues?
Same for the Three Gorges Dam. Construction debris—but, but it’s better than just cardboard! /s
