House Democrats reacted furiously to President Trump’s Friday move to commute the prison sentence of political operative Roger Stone -- demanding an investigation and even legislation to stop similar commutations happening again.
“President Trump’s decision to commute the sentence of top campaign advisor Roger Stone, who could directly implicate him in criminal misconduct, is an act of staggering corruption,” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said in a statement on Saturday.
She went on to promise that Congress would “take action” to prevent future such commutations: “Legislation is needed to ensure that no President can pardon or commute the sentence of an individual who is engaged in a cover-up campaign to shield that President from criminal prosecution.”

If every action they took against Trump was answered ... like no tax exempt for schools that are indoctrinating students. where grades are lowered of you don’t give the right left answer.. and clean up requests from the dem states, denied...

The smart money is on Trump vetoing any legislation that Congress passes to limit his pardon/commutation powers.
Time to go on offense and demand that Pelosi be arrested for treason. The demand will need to bubble up from the grassroots, because the Republican leadership are mice. Circulating an online petition to arrest her will throw a big wrench into the democrat machinery.
There won’t be any investigation. The Rats will be hiding from BLM and ANTIFA who will come for their sorry butts first.

Preventing a President from commuting a sentence would require a Constitutional Amendment:
US Constitution, Article II, Section. 2. The President...shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
Commuting a sentence is semantically and legally the same as “granting a reprieve.”
Whaddya gonna do, toots, impeach him again?
