Then he needs to publicly present the entirety.
Perhaps mask discipline was better in NYC, DC, Chicago, Seattle and Portland. I have watched a lot of TV on demonstrations and mask practices in and around DC. In DC mask discipline was started early in food stores including Walmart, no mask, no entry. At the same time a friend expressed upset that mask discipline was not being used in a local major suburban grocery outlet. Watching the beach scenes in Florida, there was little or no masking. I went to the beaches at Chincoteague, VA. People were sitting fairly far apart, and often wearing a mask while walking around their cars or up and down the beach. In the town itself, people are pretty good about masking and the stores require it.
The news just reported that DC has had 4 days with NO DEATHS. It will be a few more weeks for demonstration, 4th of July and other gatherings to cause more hospitalizations and deaths.
Yeah.

The lied to me. They LIED!!!
When I got to the store, everyone else was wearing clothes!
