I know it sounds like a no brainer, but its more complicated.

“King Pins” need to be brought down by RICO because they never, ever go near the product.

Their “depth” is amazing. You take out 1 today, and two more will be there tomorrow.

Finally, the amount of money being moved is incredible. They are buying protection from everyone.
