Government has caused economic damage, has incurred itself liability. Public Health response arguments are weak, unfounded. Government lack of relief would lead to more damage.
These parts:
"He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected..." - Article I, Section 1
"The House of Representatives shall be composed of members chosen every second year by the people of the several states..." - Article II, Section 2
"The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each state, elected by the people thereof, for six years..." - 17th Amendment
In other words, it's an election year.
Fifth amendment. Income is property. Its a taking by mandated force of government and therefore equivalent to eminent domain which applies to takings in interest of public safety. People affected must be made whole via just compensation.
I doubt we’ll get anything but if we did, I would consider it a rebate of all the taxes we’ve paid this year alone.....bout time the taxpayers got some of their money back.....
