We’ll also revisit the burger wars and declare the defeat of the evil forces hot dogism and the Sloppy Joe heresy.

I wonder what the thought process was for major league baseball to decide it was going to tick off its already irritated audience by going for woke. Perhaps these geniuses made the mistake of thinking that the pinkos on ESPN represent the core of its fandom and that the hardworking, traditional Americans who just want to plop down on the couch after a hard day of working and watch grown men play a children’s game for tens of millions of dollars yearn for the braying of woke jerks telling them that they and their country are racist.

So long MLB! I will always remember going to games with my grandfather, my dad, and later my kids. But today.... ugh.

I wrote to the dodgers telling them that after being a fan for over 50 years, I’m done. That a-hole that just days before signed a contract for $365 million dollars, took a knee for the anthem. They should take his own bat and beat some gratitude into his thick skull, or maybe start at his knee just for show. This is what they sent me in response:
“The Dodgers proudly support our players and staff in using their platform to push for a more equitable and just society. We applaud their efforts to not only speak out against racism and injustice, but also how they’ve listened to community leaders to educate themselves on these important issues in our country. As an organization, we remain committed to addressing racial injustice, creating educational opportunities, and taking on other important issues facing communities of color, particularly Black communities.”
Screw ‘em. I hope they lose every game forever. Where’s that goat curse guy when we need him?
This family is done with the NFL, NBA, and MLB. They can be as woke as they care to be. We will not be participating in their Anti-American, Marxist supporting wokeness. Hoping the NHL can avoid this nonsense but, not holding my breath.

The only things that work are liberal boycotts and conservative BUYcotts. When spendthrift liberals close their wallets the megacorps listen. When thrifty conservatives go out on a spending spree that keeps conservative businesses alive.
Rather than boycotting the NBA, NFL, and MLB we need to find some sport or hobby that hasn't gotten woke and support that. I don't know if such a sport exists. Maybe golf. Maybe disc golf. But if such a sport exists and conservatives go out of their way to support it, then that will send a message to the globohomocorpo types.

So far, and I say so far, the IMSA sports car series or SCCA hasn’t fallen for this BLM/SJW bullshit. So even if you’re not a sports car race guy/gal I would suggest that everyone catch one of the IMSA races on TV or better yet go to an actual event. Even better than that is to find an SCCA event at a track near you and go spend a weekend watching some of the best wheel to wheel racing you’ve ever seen. And guaranteed, no one takes a knee during the National anthem.
So are they now praying before each game? What would they have done had the stadium announcer started to recite the Lord’s Prayer? He’d be fired, of course, but that would have been epic.

In ‘fairness’ that was opening day ONLY, I heard a couple of Yankees took a knee during Anthem on 2nd day.
That ‘sellout’ patch behind the mound was gone for game two as were the sleeve patches that backed the movement.
I think that the opening day ‘fiasco’ (including Fauxi first pitch which again puts him in BOs camp) was an appeasement.
Will be interesting to see, I haven’t ‘given up’ yet but the NATs are on a short leash and they are the ONLY team I GAF about.
I cancelled my season tickets and I’m done with MLB, NBA and NFL
Because we don’t SCREAM in the streets and burn buildings down this is the ONLY way to fight back!! We can only hit them in the pocketbook, remember WE are the workers, business owners AND the ones with money to enjoy these things!! It won’t work if WE ALL don’t stick together in boycotting these American hating spoiled rotten sports figures!! SCREW THEM!!! Don’t go to their games OR watch them on TV!! Do not under any circumstances buy sports packages on dish or cable!!

Remember, most of the advertisers are guaranteed numbers and numbers in certain categories. If the networks do not deliver, they have to provide free advertising which cuts out other paid advertisers. so, we don’t watch, the commie/blm networks lose money.
