Are the 1st Circuit judges effing serious? The jury was biased? OK. Take it to the logical conclusion: Why does the guilty-verdict still stand? Why not let the little bastard go? How can a jury be good enough to decide guilt or innocense but not good enough to deliver a sentence?
I hope this goes to the full circuit to be overturned. These judges are moral midgets.
