A lot of those jobs don’t translate too well for other limes of work.
I was a TV production person who did many jobs but most people outside the field have 0 concept.
All non-Communists will be pleased to leave. Dasvidaniya.
I went to high-school with a guy who became a journalist at a major daily metro newspaper for 31 years until they shut the doors. And, to be quite honest, I don’t know what other job he’d ever be qualified for.
Reminder: Stephen Burke, head of NBC FAKE NEWS is reportedly worth $106,000,000 with a compensation package of about $42,000,000 per year.

Do you think he is qualified?
Everything that Trump cant get blamed for is COVIDs fault now.
>>Theyve probably developed AI technology to make it up.<<
AS you mean.
>>Thats too bad. Now all these disheartened laid off former-NBCers will vote Biden.<<
Yeah, like acting against muslims will make them hate us more.
As a writer he was okay. I guess what I was trying to say that I have no idea what his career options are now that newspapers are dying. Spend 31 years doing only that and you don’t end up with a lot of marketable skills.
They will just double down.Remember, they are not that bright.
By AS, I assume you mean artificial stupidity? If that is the case, they are already stupid so they developed AI to fake their intelligence...
You may actually be the 3rd person that knows CNN is in fact ATT
NBC is Comcast
Telecom is destroying America
None of these news organizations ever figure out that if they fire just one anchor who’s paid millions per year (say, Rachel Madcow), they can avoid laying off 100 lowly staffers and probably survive much better than losing all that staff.
Alright; I have seen this young lady probably a thousand times, just who the hell is she?
And that was a serious question.
Ironically in the early days of radio the government intervened on antitrust grounds to prevent AT&T from owning a network.
Also, CNN layoffs and other AT&T media layoffs are supposed to begin next week according to the Wall Street Journal.
A lot to be outsourced to India, or workers to be replaced by H1Bs in the case of AT&T, as previously reported.
At a certain newsroom, after a loss of revenue, the decision was made to cut the on-air talent.
There were two anchors left, Jack and Jill. The manager looked for Jack, but couldn't find him right at that moment. So he called Jill into his office.
"Jill, I'm afraid I have some bad news. I've either got to lay you or Jack off."
"Well, Jack Off, Then!" Jill snapped back. "I've got a headache."
