I have heard some California jokes, about how California is home to high tech in the Silicon Valley, but can’t figure out how to keep the lights on.

There has got to be a way to blame Trump for this. Just gotta be.

It’s incredible that California is like a 3rd world nation when it comes to power. The greatest nation in the world and California won’t build power plants. Amazing.

Refrigerate you house until mid afternoon, then hunker down through the evening.

I start at 74 deg and work my way up to 79 deg at nightfall.

Then at 10pm I go back to 75.

With fans throughout.

That is entirely possible.

Nancy Pelosi with a hairdryer standing in front of a windmill.

And the hairdryer is unplugged.

I have a gas generator, in case we need it. Those with solar panels were surprised to hear the panels won’t work if they’re connected to the grid.

Uncover an extra million hectars of solar panels STAT! That should make the difference.

Me too. I keep my AC at 79 and it is fine. Also it helps I have a pool to jump into. . .

All this sacrifice is worth it if it helps change the minds of some of my liberal Californian neighbors!

The reality is just they will vote the same and just by generators. Most people I know in CA have bought generators now.

If the headline was truthful it would say:

Friends, This is real: Due to Leftist Liberal Democrats forcing power companies to massively mismanage the power grid there will be blackouts today whether or not you use your A/C. But we will be blaming you and "global warming" anyway
