The left and its media allies are warning Americans not to expect a winner on Election Night. If President Trump leads on Nov. 3, the victory will be nothing more than a red mirage, says Josh Mendelsohn, whose firm consults for the Democratic National Committee.
In the days or weeks afterward, a Trump victory will be beaten back and undone as mail-in ballots tip the election for Joe Biden, predicts New York Times columnist David Brooks. Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances, warns Hillary Clinton.
This is shameless propaganda, aiming to paint Election Night victories as a thing of the past because of mail-in voting. Election Night is a hallmark of American democracy. The public should be demanding the easy reforms that will protect it.
The 2020 election is likely to come down to a few battleground states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio and Minnesota. Unless these states reform their election laws now, on Election Night they will be swamped with uncounted mail-in votes. States need to require that mail-in ballots are received well in advance of Nov. 3 and counted as they come in.
Otherwise, the uncertainty will drag on, voters will lose their power and the outcome will be decided in courtrooms and shady back rooms.
Or in the House of Representatives. All states must allocate their Electoral College votes by Dec. 14. If even one swing state is still dithering, its possible neither Trump nor Biden will have 270 electoral votes, and the decision would be thrown into the House of Representatives. An Electoral College deadlock hasnt happened since 1876, but foolish state laws regarding mail-in ballots could produce one this year.
Half of all ballots are expected to be cast by mail. These ballots have to be processed by hand

"Election Night" is nothing more than a massive media charade that didn't even exist until the TV age.
Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances, warns Hillary Clinton.
His concession is meaningless, and not part of our Constitution. What matters is the number of electoral votes.
That said, Ive heard PAs Tom Wolf and other Democrat led swing states are grooming themselves for positions in a Biden Administration in return for their assistance.

The vote count on election night will serve as nothing more than the number of votes the dems need to manufacture.
My question is.. once the dems pull off their coup.. and they will ... what happens next?
Someone should just ask Biden if he’ll accept the election results in the event of a Trump victory.
It seems to me that mail in votes should have a “hard” cut off date coinciding with the official election day. Common sense would dictate that all tallies are assembled together to prevent confusion and mischief. Unfortunately, common sense and Democrat aspirations rarely coincide.
Civil war. And don't bother wasting bullets on the small fry.
The dems are planning total chaos at the elections. They will have the entire country in flames, in a major fight, in total confusion over the results, and they will take advantage of the confusion to cheat and steal the election. They are prepared for anything.
No democrat has ever felt bad about being put into office through fraudulent voting.
Hillary did not give a concession speech on Election Night in 2016 you might recall. She simply sent her flunky out there to send everybody home for the night. Then a little later, she called Trump while on his way to his victory speech, but only after Obama had to urge her to do so. But Trump was giving his victory speech regardless. And he should the evening of November 3rd as well.
That’s my question too.
Will we go to the streets?
Will attorneys challenge the result?
Will it take going to the Supreme Court?
It is sickening to contemplate but we must be doing more than contemplating - action must be taken now.
Why can’t the Republicans try to issue injunctions against the Mail in frauds?
bump
In reality I see little Trump can do about this.
The electoral process is under the control of states and localities. Some of the ones most important to him are under the control of corrupt Democrats. The Dems are executing a game plan and they are so sure they’ll get away with it they aren’t even bothering to hide it. If they trainwreck the process and the decision goes to the House we know what will happen.
Trump’s best move would be an intel finding that the ChiComs intend to meddle in the election by printing fake ballots. He can then use his extraordinary powers as CIC to ban mail balloting. That will set off an absolute firestorm, but it is perhaps his only move.
If this manifests like the whiners here say, then we start shooting or we just get in line at the train station. I will not live under communist rule.
The U.S. Constitution clearly states that the state legislatures have the authority to determine the method for selecting Electoral College electors in presidential elections.
Red mirage they say....
No, November 3, 2020 is going to be an epic red tidal wave the likes of which the opposition party has NEVER seen in their lifetimes.
Traditional blue states will turn red and red states will turn dark red. They will not be able to swamp enough states with their fraud to matter.
Buckle up buttercups!
“The electoral process is under the control of states and localities.”
Subject to constitutional parameters and the Voting Rights Act. There Trump does have some leverage, but it would take an army of lawyers to define and enforce those parameters times fifty jurisdictions, and that would take weeks or months, if it’s to be a full-court press.
Actually we wait for final results anyway. All that election night stuff is projections based on partial counts done quickly to feed the media beast. The real count takes longer.
