Cops should be able to go back and collect DNA samples from the facial meat the guy left on the pavement. Then compare the DNA to anyone having a 5-inch wide, foot-long facial scab.
Hope that left a good road rash.
These idiots all need to be jailed, but just as part of their punishment. The other part needs to be done in such a way that they would remember the humiliation for a long time & be a reminder to others thinking of trying the same dumb stunt. There are some ancient punishments that just might work.
