When the news about the Biden’s graft first broke, there was a story regarding one of Romney's people who had some connection to Biden at the time the graft was occurring. I forget the details and did not save the link, but it did arouse my suspicion that Romney was probably in on the deal.
I hope that gets investigated because his comments sound very much like that of a nervous conspirator.
